Day 6: June 10, 2017

Today was a traveling day, which was surprisingly fun. We woke up pretty early and went on a 2 hour bus ride right away to go to Cheng Du. Right after, we went to the train station and took a two hour train ride, where Georgia and I read the two chapters of the article Ms. Monroe assigned us during the entire ride. The first class seats were really nice. They also had a normal bathroom, which was very much appreciated. After the train ride, we met our new guide, Richard, who was absolutely amazing and was really talkative. We went on a two hour bus ride after, and during the whole time, Richard was pointing out sites, stating facts, and making jokes here and there. We visited a museum and a park, which was really interesting and fun. At the park, we went to the top of the pagoda, and we saw the entire city. The view was breathtaking. After the park, we traveled to the cruise, said bye to Richard, and spent time with the group.

High: bus rides were really nice
Low: stomach pains

Shoutout: Kishan for being a savage.
